If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.
Although we do accept walk-ins, appointments will prevent you from waiting.

Financial
Central Indiana Chiropractic accepts most forms of insurance including medicare and medicaid policies. All patients are on a cash basis until their insurance coverage can be verified. We will gladly call your insurance provider for you and explain your coverage to you in case of any question. We will let you know what services are covered based on Dr. Harris' findings, and his recommendations for treatment. We do however, encourage all of our patients to be aware of their benefits. As the policy holder you are ultimaley responsible for being aware of your insurance policy and insurance companies are never able to guarantee your benefits to us, as a provider.
We accept cash, checks and major credit cards limited to Master Card, Discover, and Visa.
Care Credit members are welcome. If you are not a current Care Credit member you can fill out the application in our office or see details and apply at www.carecredit.com. If you are approved, Care Credit will pay our office directly and allow you a no interest payment plan if paid within the promotional period (minimum monthly payments are required).
Central Indiana Chiropractic is a billing provider for personal injury cases and injury cases through an employer. Insurance providers must verify coverage before services are rendered. Please bring in all information needed about the responsible party.
Payment plans can be arranged with or without insurance, however these are done on a one on one basis. To make an arrangement please see Judy or Rachel.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
